     We use creativity and innovation to help organizations and communities grow and heal. Our work focuses on:

  • Workplace Wellness: Supports organizations and corporations in creating healthier, more engaged teams through customized education, creative wellness strategies, and realistic solutions that prioritize employee well-being.

  • Capacity Building: Strengthening the helping industry through integrity assessments, professional development for direct support workers, and creative training experiences.

  • Creative Programming: Designing and implementing innovative outreach strategies, special events, and engagement campaigns that drive connection and impact.

     We believe that creativity and community health education are powerful tools for healing and progress. By helping organizations and their teams feel more supported, inspired, and prepared, we move communities closer to real, lasting change.

Mission

     We empower communities and the people who serve them to create lasting and meaningful impact. We do this by offering community health education, creative innovation, and practical support—helping organizations and individuals heal, feel more informed, and move toward lasting progress.

We are changemakers and cycle-breakers

     Simply put, we want to see our communities heal. We are dedicating our years of lived experience, professional background and academic work to ensure that the communities we understand best not only make it to tomorrow...we want them to thrive. We understand that not only those seeking support need the healing...EVERYONE does.

 

     We provide support to corporations, nonprofits, and public agencies seeking to improve workplace wellness, staff development, and community engagement. We believe that when employees thrive, systems improve—and everyone benefits.

 

     We also want to empower human services professionals and the people they serve through innovative problem-solving and creativity.

We are especially passionate about supporting:

  • Unable to accept honest feedback

  • Wanting to "fix" the staff issues, but not the work environment if it is part of the cause

  • Wants a quick fix, quick solutions, and an "A" on the report card without the effort

  • Wants/needs only quantitative data
