David Hannah, MS in Health & Wellness Management
Certified Physical Fitness Instructor & Stroke Prevention Advocate
David is a trusted voice in wellness education, known for delivering dynamic, results-driven presentations that resonate with today’s workforce. Raised in Southwest Philadelphia, he transformed early life challenges into a mission to promote health, productivity, and well-being—particularly in high-stress environments.
With a Master of Science in Health & Wellness Management, Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and professional certifications in personal training, David brings a unique blend of lived experience and academic knowledge to every session.
After surviving both ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, he now specializes in stress reduction, blood pressure awareness, and practical strategies for improving employee health. David partners with organizations to lead engaging workshops, keynotes, and wellness programs that motivate teams, boost morale, and drive sustainable change. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, going to concerts and working out - calisthenics, strength training, and high intensity fitness.


Sharece Sellem-Hannah, MS in Community Health & Prevention
Human Services Professional, Capacity Builder & Creative Strategist
Sharece is a seasoned human services professional who supports nonprofits in building capacity, strengthening programs, and enhancing training and outreach through creative strategies. With over 15 years of experience in various health and human services roles (direct support to program administration), she has worked with populations in mental health, recovery, workforce development, and public education. She combines her lived experience, work experience, and education along with her deep and nuanced understanding of community needs.
She is a TEDx Speaker with the talk, "What is Human Services Missing?" where she advocates for more creativity and innovation in the field of human services. She is also an adjunct professor teaching social policy and she is an award-winning playwright and documentary filmmaker, using the arts to address complex issues such as the illicit opioid crisis. Her documentary, Silence on the Streets, was supported by discretionary funding from the Office of National Drug Control Policy, Opioid Response Strategy, New England HIDTA.
She holds a Master of Science in Community Health & Prevention Science and a Bachelor’s in American Studies. In her free time, she enjoys cooking creative healthy meals, watching historical fiction drama series, and going to comedy shows.
