Harmony at Glasgow Health Fair Recap

On October 3rd, 2025, Feel the Future, Community Health Coaching & Consulting LLC had the pleasure of joining the residents and staff at Harmony at Glasgow for their annual Health & Wellness Fair — a vibrant morning focused on movement, connection, and community.

Our Low Impact Movement for Seniors session encouraged participants to stretch, breathe, and enjoy gentle exercises that support strength, balance, and overall wellbeing. It was wonderful to see so many residents smiling, engaging, and moving together in the spirit of wellness.

The fair featured over 15 local vendors, blood pressure checks, and valuable information from partners such as ChristianaCare HomeHealth and Nurturing Angels Home Care.

The Harmony team created a welcoming atmosphere that truly reflected their mission — helping residents live active, purposeful lives in a supportive environment. We’re grateful to have been part of such a meaningful event and look forward to continuing to promote wellness and joy in our community.
